No, its a dash picture from a Mk1 Tuscan. look at the other pics and you will see it is not the same car.

I would. No chassis damage, not recorded, easy fix. Nice colour etc. Just take a flyer on the engine condition.

IMO it is too expensive. Plus, all Pistonheads will now know the car so you couldn't hide the fact its been in a big prang when selling to most of it's target market (not that you should hide it anyway).

Is it just me, or does it say needs a drivers door and sill but the car in the picture has passenger side damage!?

It's tempting... £ 1200.00 to repair the damage. Would this include spraying do you think?

Why wouldn't they do the work themselves and sell it as a good example?

FWIW reflex paint is either really easy or really hard to blend, I forget which

I looked at this car early last year when it was for sale at Castle (not damaged then).It was a realy well looked after car and the colour is superb in the sunlight.Would agree its too expensive in its present condition but repaired properly would make a lovely T350.

I have spoken to a couple of well regarded people with experience in TVR bodywork and spraying, and the price for the parts required and fitting is about right. But the cost for a respray, just down one side is going to be around 2.5k. The cost of the paint/laquer/primer is near on £1000! Thats probably why he isn't repairing it himself. Adding up the costs it going the end up around the £17k mark (assuming there is no chassis damage, and also assuming it wont need a replacement carpet or passenger seat, as it looks a bit suspicious to me.

... because think yo'll find £1.2k is laughably conservative. I've seen one with similar: new sill, new door, plus wheels, was nearer £9k
