The SAG is going....what next???

I've decided to put my Sagaris up for sale after a year and half of ownership. Before I do, I need to decide on what to replace it with. It's going to be a weekend car so I still want to keep the 'WOW' factor as the Sag does. Any ideas? I was thinking of a 911 GT3 (997), R8 or 360.

The Sagaris is the best car in the world that is cheaper than an F430, so, either buy an F430, or keep the Sagaris, your call.

911 GT3 (997), R8 or 360 - thats one hell of a bag of cars.

I have got a 997 GT3RS at the moment which I bought off someone who was in financial distress and I will sell it soon for a bit of a profit.

It is a great track tool but I don't see it as a event for the road and I would think the GT3 would be the same. The 360 is good car but as long as you are going to use it less than what you use your Sag now it will cost you a fortune to keep.

The R8 is great car and my business partner has one, he uses it every day the downside is it will cost a lot more for entry into the R8 club. .

Your new job must be paying you a lot of money Kam.

TVR Centre, Barnet have a FARBIO GTS for sale at around 79K... looks pretty unique when you see it, not driven it though, but it's meant to be pretty quick.

See if you can get hold of a mint low mileage 911 (996) GT3RS, bags of fun and almost blue chip as long as you dont rack the miles up. Any of the other cars you mention won't be as much fun and will depreciate like a stone.

I have considered a 996 GT3 RS, but I love the style of the of the 997. My limit would be around 65K so thats would rule out Fabrio.

My thought around the 360 and a Gallardo are the same....very expensive to run, whereas the 997 and R8 are very cheap to run and reliable so would be the front runners. Oh decisions decisions...!!!
