Cooling system header tank upgrade

My power steering braided hose has nearly cut through the side of the coolant header tank (I cable tied it to prevent this, it got snipped while the car was away with owner #2). I want to replace the header tank. My car has the coolant header tank in the front/centre of the engine bay (its a sod to reach when you're tall). I've seen later cars with a replacement centre tank and a new overflow tank on the offside inner wing. Has anyone had their cars modified to this later spec?

I have ordered this mod hopefully to cure my overheating worries.
Mine dumps coolant and this mod im assured will fix this.
When i finally get my parts we will see been waiting 3 weeks.
There's a delay fabricating the brackets.

I have no overheating problems (the car has seen some extremes too). I just want to pre-empt a problem with the header tank.

Please let me know how it goes. I will probably be using Str8Six for work in future as they are just up the road.
