Don't it's not a good idea unless you have a fully climate controlled garage.
TVRs thrive and are more reliable when being used regularly, leaving them laid up for any amount of time is not a good idea.
Plus your soon miss driving it and will only want to get it out of storage after a couple of weeks.

If you have another car I would use that through the worst part of the winter.
1. Less chance of it being involved in an accident, your fault or otherwise.
2. Much reduced winter salt damage.
3. Short journey oil temperature and time to warm up exacerbated by the low temperatures so probably less fun oppurtunities.
3. Your other car will almost certainly be better car for the job, almost without exception.
Storage.
Good wash and polish, then run out to ensure all is dried off correctly, check oil level.
Ensure fuel tank is more than 1/2 full
Pump up tyres to around 40 psi or put on axle stands.
WD 40 on electrical components that are visible.
WD 40 or waxoil bolts at suspension and steering.
Don't start the car beteween leaving it at the start of the storage and using it again post storage.
When you do restart, just ensure that you get the revs up to 1200 ish and hold it for 20 seconds before you use it again as normal.

I've stored my car every year, longest was nearly 2 years, I start the engine very occasionaly, the car goes on axle stands and the battery kept on trickle charge, never had any problems, every year the car starts and drives exactly the same as before it went into storage. Get the car serviced when you put it back on the road though. I'm just getting ready to drive it back to the UK from Norway for storage again. I look forward to April when it comes out of hibernation.
Yeah, my Sagaris is stored at HHC under the protection and care of Tony and the gang. Ive never had any issues with car when its come out of storage
