Lamba senor change

Hello,

How long will it take / how difficult is it to change the lamba sensors?

My car is drinking fuel at the moment and according to the laptop they are not polling as they should.

I have a reason to change them in about a month but wanted to know as if they are not too difficult I will do them now.

Hi Paul

may just need a wiring mod, as ground is known to be incorrect on quite a few wiring looms

Jason at Tvr power is best bet for sound advice or check for you.

I have had Jasons Mod. They looked at the car about a month ago and were not sure why it was throwing so much petrol in.

try a mapping session etc maybe worthwhile to sort it?

I changed the lower of the two sensor and it took about 10 mins. Not sure about the higher of the two as this was working fine.

Whats this ground mod about?

I changed both mine last christmas time. A bit of a fiddle and took about two hours.

Same here too. Anyone know how to ground?

Another, here, curious about the 'ground issue'. Surely TVR just used the chassis? Granted, it won't be sixty nine strand, audiophile quality, single cell copper, but it must be a pretty good conductor?
