What price to pay for 2004 on Tam

It depends on what you mean by good. There are not very many out there so there is a limited market. Look at all the cars for sale and average out the price.

I agree with Targarama. With Tams & T350s being so limited in numbers it really is not as simple as a price per year. A good 2003 car should be worth more than an poor to average 2005 for example. Full leather and air-con also make a difference.

Not that simple, avlibility, spec,colour, history and condition. Year doesnt seem to make that much difference mate. Some people find one upgrade essential ( eg air con ) while another will find a different upgrade desirable ( diff / engine ). All these cars where tailor made for an individual customer so there is no "value book price". Best just to find a car that ticks all the right boxes for you and nogotiate till you get it for a price you can live with. But dont expect big discounts, these cars become like members of the family and people usually sell very reluctantly. However much you deside on you will be getting a home grown Super car that will of been loved and cherished since new. When you read that a car on here hasnt been looked after...it usually means it was 10 mins late for a service once 5 years ago. The cars are great and in demand. Have a budget but buy with your heart.

What green one where? It dosnt really matter if anyone else likes it...do you like it? Now if your asking does anyone on here know the car so you can learn a little of its history, post a link and im sure someone on here will point you in the right direction.

If its the one on PHs with the 14 month warrenty, look a nice car with some decent upgrades. TVRCC member also...definately worth a look imho.

Been speaking to Dan Taylor(Kent specialist), he recommends looking for a 2005 on motor, or a car thats had a rebuilt engine by a recognised builder (TVR power etc.) . But thanks for your input.

Besides I suspect the number of 2005 Tamoras in existence can be counted on two hands, maybe even one hand.

dan taylor knows my car as he use to service it a leven's
and i'm sure he would say its a good one ! and its got 14 months warranty

i asked him once on reliability of a 2004 car and he would say go on condition
and how its been treated and serviced
when i spoke to him he had a 2005 tamora in 12,000 miles and it required a rebuild
so that puts the newer cars are better ????

it's all to do with how they have been looked after

see the other post on speed 6 car's with 40 to 60,000 miles

yes - I 2nd that, no guarantee's.... but apparently after 2004, the
engine could be given a little more security due to revised component
quality. Word on the street is, if they gonna go, will be anything
or around 10k !

Mines on 22k, never skipped a beat and in the CLASSIFIEDS !
