Just what on earth are those tail pipes? They look more like wheelbarrow handles?
A little worrying that he states he only warms to 40deg as well....

I agree with this point as a back box is easy to change. The bit that would put me off is the warming up to 40deg comment he made, it reads as if after that it's all systems go. No mention of continuation to 70plus. Hopefully just poor wording but at this stage it would certainly put me off.

Not legal in some EU counties as not supposed to stick further out as rear bumper (as there is none read rear elevation...)
Looks ow nice'n tidy but some questioning over the warming up procedure seems appropriate...

I don't see this as any different to most T cars. People can write anything, it is what they actually do that counts. Many T-cars are driven hard from cold, often by less-caring dealers (not TVR dealers most of the time). Then they are bought be a fastidious new owner who follows the 'rules', then the engine goes pop. Just imagine the treatment that red Sagaris will yellow interior highlights has had. It was on several dealers' forecourts, and I'm sure 'test driven' by the sales guys at the very least.
