Newbie needing help

Hi Guys
As the title suggests, I have recently purchased my first TVR, a T350, albeit accident damaged. She`s currently in the paint shop and there are a few other things to be sorted. Sorry for the list guys but hoping you can help.
1. Is their anywhere or anyone on here that can detail the best way to remove the instrument cluster ( screen blank although dials and lights do the start up routine) Pics would be a great help if at all possible.
2. Passenger window works but drivers doesn`t. Neither lower to allow the doors to be closed easier. Any clues ?
3. Passenger door pops as soon as you press the button. Drivers has a delay of about 5 seconds. Is this normal ?
4. Can anyone post any pics of how the rad and air condenser look when fitted please.
5. Can anyone post a pic of the catch attached to the bonnet.
6. Anyone suggest a good retrimmer for the drivers side bolster in the yorkshire area.
7. Does anyone know what " Modification" TVR do to the Lambda sensors. I can match them up at much cheaper prices if I can find out. I believe it may have just been alterations to the length of the connectors. Can anyone confirm.

Iv`e got the pod out and will be disconnecting the screen soon.
One problem I have found whilst doing this, is that the Lights/Hazards/Heater Controls were not connected to anything. The ribbon cables were attached to the back of them, but these in turn were connected to nothing.
There is a large black connector where the dash pod sits, but the ribbon connectors from the aforementioned switches don`t connect.
Does anyone know if there is a piece that sits between the two. or does each connect to something different ?
