Small black Knob

Hi,
Was after a bit of info. The small twisty black knob on the right hand side of the steering column doesn’t seem to do anything at all. I would have thought it was a dimmer for the dash lights but not on my T350. Am I missing something or is it just bust.

It's bust. Had the same problem in the Tamora. It is the intermittent wiper speed control. Had this repaired a couple of weeks ago. Intermittent wiper now works OK.
