Just make sure all the fluids are well topped up and enjoy. Brands is just a case of driving around in circles anyway so you're not likely to wear out brakes - not exactly a rewarding track.

I'd agree with the above. Is it the full circuit or just the Indy you're doing? I did the Indy a couple of months ago having nabbed my mates S1 Elise from him, it's a nice starter track (though watch the downhill right hander - can't remember its name) but does get a little boring after a while. The straights aren't all that long and in a car as quick as the 350 I reckon you'll be getting a bit frustrated after a while, be careful on your entry speeds as well. Personally I felt it was a little mroe suited to the slower Elise than it would have been in my TVR.

Paddock Hill is the right hander off the start and finish and drops steeply to the right. Slightly off camber in the braking area and you will be entering a blind apex at quite a speed, build up confidence slowly and if it goes a bit wrong, the gravel is nice and deep and stop the car alarmingly quickly.

The depression at bottom of Paddock Hill is quite a tester so dont run the car too low. The entry onto the short straight at the end of the lap is also off camber later in the corner, Clarke Curve, and a double apex so don't be too tempted to get on the gas too early. Other than that the circuit has no great surprises and will get you a bit dizzy as its all right handers bar 2.

Now the GP cicuit is something quite different but only gets used a couple of times a year, mainly for bike racing.

Main point of track days is having fun, lap times really aren't the point.

yes unfortunately its the indy track. I am also taking a 182 clio along for the ride which will prob be better suited to the track than my t350, but thought i had better experience a few laps in my tvr.

Don't get frustarted by the track and the slower cars. Brands Indy has no real straights for passing...
