Upgrade Tamora headlight bulbs

Have any of you guys replaced your Tam head light bulbs with something more robust. A candle on the bonnet would be mode effective than the standard low beam.

hi , i find mine very good , but not sure if they have been upgraded , i will have to take a look .

Full beam is fine, low beam is a bit lame.

You may have the HID version.

I bought some of the 80% brighter ones from an internet shop and they make a hell of a difference.

I bought the ones recommended by need4power, about half way down!

HID upgrade? Aceparts (find them on flee bay) do a H4 bi-Xenon kit for about £110. Takes about an hour to fit and works fantastic. They produce a nice white light (5000k) and the 35w set is not too bright that it blinds oncoming traffic.

Only down sides is you need to remember to switch the ignition on first so the LED's on the dash don't go out and the radio reception is worse (than usual) when the lights are on due to the interference generated from the ballasts.
