Funnily enough they called me out of the blue on several occasions recently, offering services etc, then it went quiet again. Seemed strange at the time as I hadn’t heard from them in 2 years or so.

I spoke to them about a car last week and they were very keen for a sale, but helpful.

They called me just today to say they had some info and offers and wanted my email address. Hopefully all is well as I'm still waiting for Steve to press Autoprotect on my behalf to honour the claim I made for repairing the steering rack on my Sag!
