Daily Drive T350

Time to come back to the fold for me.

Had a Chim for a couple of years, then sold last year due to lack of cash. Moved to eurobox for that period.

Currently driving 10000ish miles per year. Mostly M4.

My question is this; is the T350 a candidate as a daily drive. Fuel consumption doesn't really bother me as it can't be worse than the Chim.

Engine/upgrades that would be best?

Any thoughts welcome.

I've recently decided I'm going to start using my T350 all year round (snow and salt covered roads an exception!) because i believe it does a car more damage sitting idle for 4-5 months of the year than being used/maintained/cleaned regularly. I don't do anywhere near 10k miles a year but It should cope fine. Plus you'll end every journey with a smile and find excuses to take the long route! Enjoy.

Haha diablo I like your style! I do think from time to time about changing but what will I replace it with? I think a Sag would be the only thing for me now. If your serious by all means come and have a look at my p&j over a cuppa because I would need serious arm twisting!

i think this sometimes, but i think even if i did buy a Sag i'd still want to keep the '350...

Wont be for a few months yet still need to save a little while longer

As for what to change it with... well you was after a gallardo a while back so you obviously have a certian amount of funds availble so how about....

Will do diablo. I did want a Gallardo and still like them but I was most underwhelmed with my friends I drove.
And without sounding like too much of a c@#k my dad's got an A.C. Cobra! It's his pride and joy and his pension!

Well im out of ideas with what to swap the T350c for, however if it came to twisting your arm im sure i could do some research for you

I use mine daily. I've done 7k in 7 months in it. Even used it on the snow.

I've used my mine as my only car (I don't want to say everydaycar as that makes it seem like mundane car) for close to 6 years. Not every day but at least 2 or 3 days of the week EVERY week, whenever I'm not 'commuting' on the train. It'll take whatever you throw at it but I do try to avoid realy short journeys - there's always walking or the bike for them. However I still rack up over 20,000 miles a year. I think it might be run in now.

Same here, although I do a 1/3 of Shorts' miles. Begs the question though, How many miles have you got on there now Shorts?

Waitey that's dedication. That's definitely given me more confidence in using mine more annually! No matter how dirty it gets it can always be cleaned!

Waity obviously lives somewhere with reasonably flat access to a main road Like much of the country, when it snows properly we can't get out of our estate onto the cleared main road (1/4 mile). Everyone parks their get to work car at the top of the road the night before the dump.

Flat..... I wish! Its a slope and a half!

oh and BDM i've never had any leaks.
