T350 rear quarterlight

I'm thinking of having my delaminating OS rear quaterlight replaced. Of course its not straightforward to find the part. RG have replacement glass for Mk2 T350, but can't find a part# for Mk1. My question is, will there be any difference in the glass between Mk2 and Mk1 (mine's an '03 car). Anyone tried this?

Whats the difference between the MK1 & MK2 models? Is it just the hatch recess, luggage cover sunvisors etc.

Its perspex , how can it delaminate ? Are you sure it is not just the black paint being pulled away by the mastic .

Yes, thats what I meant. Sorry. The problem is, as I understand, there's a 50/50 chance of cracking the old perspex taking it out. I was surpirsed when RG said there was a mk1/mk2 quarter light. As Lensey implies, I thought the trim differences between early/late cars were very trivial and certainly didn't extend to different window appatures. I just want to be sure before/if I fork out for a replacement.

I remember stopping outstide Dave's (Valhalla) house and having a chat with him as we were chatting he noticed that the angle of the rear quarters just under the perspex were different from my car to his, as far as I can remember mine was made in June 2003 and his just a little time before that. I had visors etc and his didn't, don't know if they switched to a different mould or something?

Yes, I guess you have to assume no two cars are absolutely identical. Mick Oliver - my bodywork God up here - did say they always need some reshaping. Nonetheless, your experience sounds like variation within Mk1 (mine's March '03) rather than between mk1/2. It'd be good to get the view of say a 2005 owner
