Car won't let me in!

Alarm and immobiliser LEDs are both flashing, so there is power in the car, but the doors won't unlock. It was fine 4 hours ago! Anybody had similar/got any solutions? Might it be as simple as the battery gone in the code-key?

On Saturday I started the Tam up, but it took a while for it to fire, once running the indicator's started flashing intermittently, and there were various fault codes coming up on the ECU.

I turned the ignition off immediately, and then put the Tam on trickle charge over night.

Next morning it started with no problems what so ever. Must be that the battery was low.

Maybe a good trickle charge over night might sort your problem out.

Solved. It was the codekey. Having dismantled it I don't think you can change the battery, which perhaps means a new key. Good job I have a spare!

My tam has had a new batt and now some weeks later the codes are comming up power supply does anybody know the prob?
Help alos trying to take rad out hope its not to hard stone through it bummer

Which code? is it 144 (Power supply control) when you turn off the ignition? I get this on mine sometimes. I ignore it nothing to worry about. The code is nothing to do with a new key fob battery.
