You could look into getting some HID conversions fitted, range from about £50 upwards and are a simple fit. Massive increase in light levels and work on a better colour temperature for the human eye ie closer to white than yellow of standard halogens. Would be worth doing a search on here as some of the kits can interfere with the display pod.

not sure if search is broken, but looking for 'HID' brings up zero results for me?I changed my lights to HIDs on my Cerb and the difference is amazing.
I can now SEE.. well worth changing In my opinion.
You will have to know what type of lights the 350 uses, H7 H4 etc then order up a kit. Easy enough to fit.

A few people on these forums had trouble with their HID kits interfering with radios and dulling of the dash lights etc. so I chose not to go down that route (and I'm a cheap Jock!). Swapping the bulbs does make a noticeable difference if you want a cheap alternative.
Not sure if the Cerb has a more robust wiring harness/electrical system that copes with the HID conversion more easily?

I fitted HID's to my T350 almost as soon as I got it 3 yrs ago because the standard lights were so bad! They are a million times better and look great at the same time.
I do however experience problems with radio reception and the dash backlight if the HIDs are turned on after the ignition and no-one really knows why! I have thought about trying the new digital shielded ballasts instead to see if that cures the problem at all, but just never got round to doing it as I don't find the issues too much of a problem tbh.
Regarding MOT I can confirm that mine has been through 3 MOT's and never flagged a single issue because they are aligned correctly and the beam scatter is apparently ok due to the T350 using projector headlights.
It's definitely worth trying a set because the difference really is night and day and if they do interfere with the TVR electrics you will probably be able to return them to the supplier (unless bought cheaply on eBay...) as you could argue they are defective. Just go for the latest digital ballasts and then we will also know if that's the problem/solution.
