Door full of water

Been out for a blat - sooooo much fun - then washed it and realised every time I shut the driver's door a little jet of water spurted out (uncanny really as this is exactly what happened to me when I booted it in second earlier today.......
) Gave the door a gentle waggle and could hear loads of water sloshing about inside. I removed the bungs at the base of the door and a load of water came gushing out. I was only hand washing the car - passenger side seems dry. The window/door seal certainly seems to have a quite a gap.
So is this a quirky TVR 'feature' or do I need to make some adjustments/replacements?
Can't see any reason to put the bungs back so just left them out to let the door breathe.

Don't know I'm afraid bud.
From experience with previous TVRs, the drop-glasses are adjustable in just about every direction. If your handy with the tools, it might be worth wipping your door card off and seeing if something has become loose and seeing how moving it affects your gap BEFORE you go altering the adjustment willy-nilly as from previous experience with 2 wedges and a chim, they can be a pig to set up.
Also, check it is the window that has moved and not the seal before you start adjusting things.
