Momo Trek R to fit T350T

Hi all, I am new to TVR ownership and to Pistonheads so I hope someone here can help me with my problem.
I have just taken ownership of a stunning T350T, my first ever TVR and already totally smitten. I am trying to change the steering wheel to a Momo Trek r and the problem seems to be with the Boss. I have been advised two different routes - 1. use current boss and have wheels re alligned or 2. try to find the right Momo boss (this seems impossible despite asking everywhere I can think of).

Has anyone already completed this change and if so please can you help me with which solution you used and if it was a boss change which boss did you buy & where from

Existing boss you can use but you may have to drill and tap more holes so the wheel sits straight rather than sitting on the p155 by 30 degrees - all depends how yours came out the factory. I had 2 sets of holes (12 in all, every 30 degrees around the circumference of the wheel), already drilled and tapped in my 2005 Sag so alignment was not an issue.

I do remember however I had to cut the wiring loom to the buttons on the back of the steering wheel and resolder the wires back together due to the horn push retainer fitment.

Fitted one to my Tam. You can buy a Boss adaptor so the wheel is a straight swap. They cost about £10. Horn push is a simple mod, just put a spade connector on the horn ground and place it between the hub/boss.

where did you get yours from?

I got an adapter from ebay, put the momo on didn't like it and put it all back again
