M99T2 location in T350

Hi all,

Got a problem at the moment where I can't seem to lock\unlock the car via the remote. I have checked the two boxes I could find (immobiliser and microwave sensor) but cannot find the "main" control unit.

As per usual guidelines send via PM and don't post on here.

I've look at my Sag manual and it only gives location for Immob unit not Alarm control unit sorry can't be more help.

YHM. Might need a new set of batteries? (x2) I will have some whith me tomorrow if you need them.

Tried batteries with as Genesis would say.... "No Reply at All"

also tried both key fobs

Many thanks to all that replied on here and via e-mail, unplugging and re-plugging back in got it sorted.
