New battery to stop fires

Could anyone point me in the right direction for a thread that was about batteries for the Tam's Tuscans and T350's (maybe Sags too)?

I need a new batt and the post was following up on the fire at a TVR site... started by a T350 i think? People had put more insulation round the positive terminal to stop it hitting any metal frame work... but some people had ordered reverse terminal batts to combat this (so the positive was on the wing, not the transmission tunnel).

My batt has died over the extended winter and i need a new one... so I wanted to get the mac daddy, and i remember that post, and thinking 'I must do that one day' then forgot all about it.

I'm based near crawley/gatwick and need to get the batt tomorrow or friday (incase anyone knows a good place?)

Think it's an 069.

Just get it via a TVR dealer and make sure you use the rubber flap that covers the +ve terminal.

It should really have been located inside the passenger footwell like Chims.

At the same time check out the anderson connector which corrodes and has a direct link from the battery should be something in Sprint fairly soon about it.
