How much is a set of spiders inc tyres worth?

Thinking about changing my wheels.

How much are 4 Silver 18" Spiders fitted with 255 rear & 225 front Goodyear F1 Assymetrics done about 3000 miles.

These were repainted last year so are in V good condition

Thoughts please?

Or would I be better selling wheels & tyres seperatly
