Oil pressure warning

just a quick one. When my tamora is hot and has been running for a while sometimes the oil pressure warning flashes up and beeps and then clears itself. it only happens on idle, for example if i were to stop at traffic lights when coming off a motorway and up to temperature. would the first port of call be the replace the oil pressure sender?

Mine did exactly the same thing a new sender sorted it out.
