T350/Sag V's Tuscan seats

Does anyone know if the T350/Sag style seats are lighter or heavier than the Tuscan style seats found in the later cars? Also are they any better at lateral support? I'm looking into slotting mine for harnesses but the Tuscan style doesn't need any mods. Also does anyone know of any after market buckets that'll fit the narrow width of T350 other than Cobras? I suppose the carbon shell style for Caterhams/Elises must fit?

Lateral support on both types is very poor for any quick driving.
