Hello & clocks help

Hi Everyone

Been a lurker for ages and thought it about time I actually signed up.

I’ve got a problem with the speedo and rev counter on my T350. On start up the needles spin wildly (2-3 revolutions) and then stick in random positions and will not alter using the screen 8 menu. Tried a different dash ecu, replaced speedo transducer, checked the connections into the back of the pod but still not working, so have arrived at the conclusion it must be the clocks themselves.

Does anyone have any ideas or can give me contact details of somebody that can repair/refurb. the clocks as it’s now starting to drive me nuts!

Hi Dave, Cath Mason fixed a similar problem on my T350 unit, had other issues but the needle sticking, was a pot at the back and not the expensive stuff done. She is an absolute star and a loveley lady to boot, would not give up on mine despite some of the parts no longer being available. has her old test rig from days at TVR, her name was on the back of mine as tested when new.

Got the unit back after a week, went and collected from Cath's house save postie damaging it, and its been faultless ever since.
