project Sag wanted

Can anyone point me in the direction of a Sag in need of a bit of TLC? Been looking for ages and any that were about seem to have disappeared

I'd prefer one not on the register and it must be straight, but other than that anything is fine - as long as the price reflects the condition.

I have some 'project Sag' plans but can't justify doing it to a perfectly good example.

Any help much appreciated!
