speed 6 meets?

having been a griffith owner for several years and attending the griff gowl each year, is there a similar event for the speed 6 engined cars?

apols for my limited skills at jocularity, in my defence I own a speed 6 engined car and it doesn't rattle (at the moment -touch wood)

I asked the same question last year and was met with silence
The owners are just as friendly as any other forum so why not meet up ?
Hope there is a few T cars to look at at the BSG .

I did try and get a T350 meet off the ground last year but quite a few people sold their cars and it died of death, we should definitely try and arrange a meet up of speed 6's as there are a lot of new owners now too.

Part of the trouble is that some owners want more than a tyre kicking event and that probably means track or runway time and thats expensive and commits the organisers to underwriting the expense .
If there is a couple of owners that would be happy to arrange a get together next year lets just do it and see who turns up .

I'd be up for a meet as one of those newbies, location depending. Oxfordshire would be good. Would have to be late Sept though.

I'm looking out for an easy trackday/driving skills day (eg Bedford) if anyone knows of a weekend one, to make the transition over to the 350 from an early, modified Elise? I've driven at quite a few UK circuits, the 'ring etc but don't want to risk it just yet.
