Heater controller/amplifier problems

Pistonheads search is still out of order. Maybe you guys could help me with your experience in this new
thread!

My heater controller is not working anymore. I first thought it might be the plug connector. After releasing and re-sticking it worked again. But after a few times this does not help anymore.

I now dismantled the controller and have now a free look on the board its capacitors and the resistances. But how to find out what is wrong or faulty?

All braze points on the board look fine. Does anyone already has changed the capacitors? What can I do to repair this item?

There is a place in Luton near me that fixes them but I can't remember where or what the company are called (if the search was working its on there as I have posed it before)

I changed both capacitors and it works fine again! Got the Capacitors at an electronic parts shop, 1,13 € each!
