4 wheel alignment settings for a Tamora

Getting new boots and the alignment done this week. The guys doing the alignment are searching out the settings to set up their Hunter machine, so I'm wondering;

a) are they available on here anywhere,
b) are there any alternative to standard settings that should be considered.

As for b), I'm running standard shocks, standard 18" spiders and standard tyre sizes so I would guess settings should be..... standard.

0.5 to 0.75 degrees neg camber
1.5mm overall toe in
Rear
1.4 degrees neg camber
3mm of toe in overall

Sport settings
Front
1.0 degrees neg camber
Parallel toe
Leave rear alone

Trackday
Front
2 degrees neg camber
Toe out 1.0mm overall
Leave rear alone.
