Back from a week away...

Just took the T350 on a week away to Devon. Never missed a beat, even in some of the worst rain i have ever driven in.
Athough while i was away i discovered a few things, nothing major.
It would appear i have major leaking issues when it gets wet. When parked up on the flat for a few days in the rain it managed to fill the boot area and a nice puddle behind the passenger seat. Im guessing this would be boot and passenger door seals causing this? Would everyone agree?
Also decided to try and get to the bottom of why my AC doesnt work. While adjusting flap zero i discovered in the menu that the car was set to say NO AC fitted. The car definetaly has it as all the AC gear is in the bay. So i set it to AC fitted. I now get an error code (26 i think) and AC fault on the dash? AC still not working. Anyone got any ideas on what could be causing the AC not to work? For now i have set it back to NO AC fitted just to stop the error code appearing every time i get in the car.
I can live with both of the above so in no rush to fix them, but would be nice to sort it.

Im guessing these are the intends you mean. There is a piece of washer hoe that runs through the passenger seal, i assume to push the seal out as it is probably knackered. Maybe this is stopping the intends from doing there job when the door is shut?
Also there is a crease in the seal where it runs along the windscreen.
The tailgate seal seems to have sagged where the heated screen wiring has been rubbing. I have bent the wiring out of the way now, but the seal is still knackered.

Yes, those are the indents. I suggest new seals all round, doors and rear hatch, as they all look pretty knackered. There shouldn't be a gap where the seal joins (or doesn't join) either!
You can buy standard door seal and make your own indents, one at the forward and one rearward per door seal. Cut a chunk out of the lower part of the seal and superglue it up so it folds over, I can send a pic if needed.

Yep as Targ' says seals look quite flat, I replaced mine on the Tam and it stopped leaking. You can get them from TVR garages but they are more expensive than www.sealsplusdirect.co.uk who do the same thing.
The seal you need is ETS58 £4.68/meter inc VAT. Not sure how much you need but I ordered 9m for the Tam and it did the doors & across the screen + the hoop seal on the roof. If I were to guess I would say 3m each door for the T350
