Tuscan S brake disc upgrade

I'm considering upgrading the front discs on the Tam to the 322mm S items. The ones I've seen are 2 piece bell/rotor design with vented (but not grooved, drilled) discs and the caliper relocator.
Are these older items? the current OEM items are one piece with drilled rotors? Prefer the throught of 3 piece due to weight saving and replacement of the rotors only.
