Jacking thrust plates?

GV's manual says it's best to get some thrust plates that fit over the bolt holes on the jacking points - does anywhere know of somewhere I could purchase one/some?

If not I guess I'll have to make something up.

use a piece of wood with a hole drilled in it.

I guess so - although I threw out the random bits of wood collection from the garage before I bought the Tiv!

rubber exhaust hanger will work too
