T350 wing mirror - how to tighten?

At anything over 50mph my drivers mirror is shaking so much I can barely see the reflection in the glass. Gripping the mirror itself it does feel slightly loose but not enough to flop about, question is how is it tightened? I'm assuming the door panel needs to come off but can I reach through the speaker hole instead?

Twist the housing by 90degrees to expose the socket screws to tighten
