T350 Heated Rear Screen.

I know this sounds like a stupid question, But how do you switch the heated rear window on in a 2003 T350c? I have RTFM but dont see anything about it in there and tried pressing every switch i can find.

I do know there is a high chance that the two cables that connect it to the car are cosmetic only! but thought i would check.

Have you tried the dedicated button located with the other switches (immobiliser + mirror controls) in the little recess on the right hand side of the dash?

If its the little round one above the mirror controls that ligths a red led for a few seconds when pressed - then yes i have tried it, so if thats the switch it looks like i have a problem elsewhere!

Any ideads before i go checking fuses / relays etc.

Try the connections on the window itself, the aren't always crimped too well.

Also, the heater seems to only run for a short while before automatically turning off. You may need several presses to get a misted screen clear. It does work well though.
