Well it's a trade seller, so you'd have more protection than a private seller anyway - even if they claim 'no warranty'.

I thought garages had to offer 3 months warranty by law?

The car has been available for a number of weeks now. Looks a good price. Might be worth contacting them to ask a few more questions as the ad says nothing about condition.

I called them a few weeks ago about the car and from what I can remember I think it had been in storage for quite some time, I think the services had been done prior to that at Gatwick TVR. I decided to go down the T350 route so did not follow up on my initial interest

This was advertised briefly a few months ago...

IIRC it had the rear screen missing, was dirty and generally looked sorry for itself. I called up to enquire about what I thought might have been a bargain. The guy I spoke to at U.V.S. knew nothing about it but eventually offered to get someone to call me back. They never called. Made a terrible impression: I never chased.

Would be interested to hear if it's a good motor now it's cleaned up...

Cheers for the replies all. Have rung them twice where they took message to ring back. Nothing yet. And rang about 5 times throughout the day yesterday. Think fate is telling me something and I'm going to stop trying now. No wonder they have been advertising it so long. Anyone know of the blue one at kerridges?
