T350 in Spain

Hi there,

After selling my Porsche 993 C4 last year (now driving a big diesel-beamer for family reasons) I feel the need (...) to get a good looking, powerful car for driving through the mountains or for weekend trips.

I simply love the looks of the T350C, so now I'm trying to get all bits of info, to see if it's a good or idea or not to get one.

One of my biggest issues is that I live in Spain, and I've been googling a lot, and can't find a place to service a TVR here on the peninsula. Of course I don't mind to drive it up to the UK once a year for servicing, but I need to know where to go in case something breaks down. Any ideas on this?

Also is there any known problem with running the car in high-30C temperatures?

Also does anyone have experience with exporting a TVR? Any VAT advantages? Temporary plates? Insurance?

there is a chap on p/hds called `panic` who has a griffith in spain, I`m sure he`d have lots of advice for you.
