Running a cable through the engine bulkhead?

Is there an easy place to do this?

Want to run the Engine Heater pad cable through to inside the cabin so I can hook up to power at the same time as I plug in Accumate. Ideally drivers side or near trans tunnel.

Follow the screen wash Tube back to the bulkhead and go through under the wiper motor mounting plate?

There's also a bulkhead gland behind the battery that leads through to the passenger footwell; I know you said ideally drivers' side but you can run it up the trans tunnel from this gland. I used it to run the power wiring for an amp.
