Seat and Door Panel Removal

Whats the best way to remove the seats and door panel for re-upholstering on a Tamora, Thanks in advance.

Door panels are easy. open door, locate drain holes on bottom panel of door locate screws just above saide drains and undo. On some cars the drains are covered with a sticker of some sort, remove and proceed as directed. edge bottom of door panel out of door frame and once clear pull down to release from upper alloy trim, shouldnt need much effort to do. Don't be suprised if not all the drain holes have screws . HTH

Rear seat bolts are easy as they are captive to the seat rails so just a socket set will do. Front bolts are a pain in the arse. Grind them off and replace with cap head bolts so you can hold them with an allen key. You can try to hold the bolt head in the seat rail and try to stop it spinning but its too much hard work. 30 secs with the dremmel & job done.

Door cards are so easy as said already, front seat bolts are a st. Angle grind is the only way. When i refit mine with new bolts i just added a nut under the seat rail like the back bolts and used some threadlock so next time its easy.
