T350 air temp sensor

Just to confirm its location as being the sensor attached to the airbox lid, tagged as air temp but that doesn't mean a great deal on a TVR loom. Air temp failure on start up and fitted a second hand unit (told was operational but not proven). Speedo unit always shows zero and the POD 5 menu shows cold air at -55, now its been a hell of a winter but that doesn't seem right.
Going to take a plunge on a new sensor from TVR Power, just making sure I'm on the right track. There is a three pin connector hanging down unused in the front offside inner wing but the sensor in the picture at power in only 2 pin affair. Believe the Sag sensor lives around there somehwere.
Not sure if this reading is actually important to fueling in any way but is bugging me into why no reading other than knackered sensor. Tickover hovers around 1k when safely warmed, when in warmer weather it rarely reached above 850, TVRism anyone?
Other than that the motor ran like a dream after its winter lay off, had to wash the thing on my return though, gutted, had spent the whole day getting the cobwebs off and a fresh coat of Wax when it rained on opening the garage doors.

When I unplug the air temp sensor on the airbox lid I get the 'code 4 EFI fault' I understand it is important, when Str8six visited me to have a tinker with the car as it was poorly they had the air box off to check t-pot balance but plugged another sensor into the connector that would otherwise have been in the airbox lid.Going to take a plunge on a new sensor from TVR Power, just making sure I'm on the right track. Thanks Jamie, its the one in the nose thats missing. Very frustrating when a TVR 'specialist' supplies a new sensor to fit to the airbox lid when that one has nothing to do with ambient air temperature showing on the dash. The car was in his workshop at the time so no excuse for duff info.
TVR Power have it for the day Tuesday to cure a couple of earthing problems and set the throttle bodies up, also a general looking over. The car was originally looked after by them pre accident and its fitted with one of their Red Rose 4 litre units so its technically going home. Strange how Dom recognised the car despite a change of colour and now on a private plate!
Know they are known for not being the cheapest but there's a fine balance between price and peace of mind.

This is for cabin heater control and in the passenger footwell on underside of dash;probably is missing or shorted out. hot air sensor also located here to the right of cold air
