Ive been searching the forum all night for pics of T350's with either shadow chrome alloys (spiders) or light anthracite but cant find any.

Does anyone have any to post so that I can help make my mind up on what to have mine done in next week. My car is Cosmos Blue metallic as you can see in my profile.

Thanks in advance,

T350 Al

Thanks - its definitely the light anthracite or shadow chrome i'm looking for because IMO the dark anthracite colour doesnt suit the dark blue of mine too well...

It would! Go dark!

Look here: I fancied them on my Tam, but the Grigio Titanium bodywork is perhaps a little too dark to handle the wheels. And these were done at Lepsons in Swindon.

Had my T350 done with shadow chrome if you look in the gallery of www.wheelgenie.co.uk you see a picture of mine also a picture of laser sags car have changed my wheels now due to some great potholes last year but we where really pleased with the effect and could certainly recommend the company for quality of work and cost

Bob - mine are standard silver, but in need of a refurb and I could do with getting them down to Lepsons in swindon pretty soon. Will probably stay same colour, as the dark wheel won't compliment my bodywork.... Why do you ask?

Mmmm they look really nice! It was a factory option at the end wasn't it?

Thought I'd have a look around the site as I recognized the dialing code (Huntingdon, sad I know) and couldn't help noticing they've got world's most pointless prices page. Makes mine look positively transparent. hehe

I'm collecting my Tam tomorrow, which also Grigio Titanium with chrome alloys and was just interested to see what the darker wheels look like against this colour bodywork.

Will do tomorrow evening, i did of course mean silver alloys, not chrome, interior is black leather with Portland grey inserts - that's from memory, it's been over a month since i've seen it.

I've heard a few people say that the Shadow Chrome finish isnt as durable as the other powder coat finishes. Anyone had similar problems?

Might just go for a light anthracite instead, although its so difficult tryingf to judge what will look the best!

Had my spiders shadow chromed and dont find the finish chips easily, excuse the rubbish photo but the car needs a good clean after the weekend roads.
IMO they look really good with the Laser Blue although would probably go a bit darker on the outer face of the wheel the next time.

I have shadow chrome on my Sagaris. Can't say I've noticed any more scratches than standard wheels. The shadow chrome just means I have to wash off the brake dust less often!!! whistle
