This is my 1,000th post so I thought I would post some pics up of the Sag. Some of you will have seen these before in various media but I thought I would put them in a thread.

It is a Momo Nero, IMHO it looks sooooo much better than the original especially with a proper center piece and it feels great in the hands.

What did you do with the gear stick, did you make it longer? How do you cope at junctions, being strapped in you can't lean forward to see if anything is coming?

What seats do you have?

Yes the gear stick is longer but I have been promised a new one with a thermal break (i do not have one at all at the moment and the car is on stands though). I only tend to use the harnesses on track, you can put them to the side or behind the chairs when you are not using them and just use the normal seat belts which are still there.

The seats are Tuscan seats which were fitted to Sags towards the end of the run, some like them some do not. I find them nice and comfy and fine on track with the harnesses but I would like them to weigh less.

I changed my wife, the second one feels great in my hands too!!


the downside being I bet it cost a lot more to change than your steering wheel

Lovely car I went to see some of the cars on the car park at last years back home and parked my flying machine "a tos nob" next to it hardly anyone noticed the Sag! It sounded awesome and went like stink in the sprint on the sea front the next day.......
