MBE ECU plastic chip cover

Hi all,

can anyone tell me how to access the two ecu chips under the square plastic cover?

Does it just pull off?
Do you have to press the sides?
Do you have to whisper sweet nothings to it?

I just dont want to break it...

Flat blade terminal driver or something similar, push in the middle of one side (bottom normally) where the plastic touches the metal.

It will give enough and pop off.

Can't seem to get mine off. Anyone had any luck with this method, or had to take the ECU out and do it like that?

It's easier if you take the ECU out, only a few clips for the cabling.
