T350 heating fault

Hi all,

My car has a fault which I've been meaning to fix for a while, but havent been around to do it. Essentially the heating unit works as does the Air Con, however it's very very week. I seem to remember when I had it in for its last service the chap said it was something called a Splice Valve, or Splice Unit or something similar.

Does anyone have any experience with said fault and if so where can I get hold of the unit. Any help kindly appreciated.

Have you tried flap zero settings?

Also try dis-connecting the heater amplifier in passenger footwell and re-connecting and see if that helps.
