Don't think they were an option as such. They got fitted to the majority of T-cars if the parts bin was topped up at the time....

Rare as rocking hose poo in Sainsburys. The problem with them is they need to be bonded on to the stalks (which have to be cut down) as the std Ford things are too long. I don't think there are
(m)any new sets in circulation and the old one are hard to get because they are a sod to get off once fitted.

Don't know, there was an old thread running on here if you search it out.

As far as I remember, the earlier ones got the chrome stalks but were then replaced with plastic ones when the chrome ones became unavailable or something like that. Mine has them and it was a 2005 car, but cameltvr's sag which is a late one has plastic.

The plastic ones are the same ford parts without the alloy covers.

It depeneded if TVR had any available. Its a standard Ford/Modeo stalk that slides into the Ford steering column. TVR just fitted Hollow Aluminum covers superglued over the top of the plastic ones ... Known as Salt and Pepper Pots since they were miss-appropriated for the diner table (once holes drilled in the top smile ).
I ordered and paid for covers on my new Tuscan convertible but they never arrived .I got a set of Farbio covers from Leven a few years ago but they only supplied two sets to my knowledge.
The Leven ones
