Potential Sagaris/T350 owner

Hi all


This is my first post on here!

Having loved TVR's for years, the time has come to get one myself!

I am seriously considering a Sagaris or a T350.

I have a few questions!

Is it worth spending the extra ~20k to get the Sagaris?

Anything specific to look out for when viewing?

It's simple.

If you can afford the extra 20k then yes it's worth every penny, if not then I can assure you that a well sorted T350c @ around the 20k will not dissapoint.

I have gone from T350c to Sag and it's heaven.

If i think with my heart then its the Sag all day long.. If i think with my head then its the t350 and upgrade the daily driver...

Have heard alot of good things about Str8Six, so thats where it would go. Does anyone know if Jason or one of the team would come to check over a car i was interested in?...(for a charge of course!)

Usually most owners selling, would have no issues with taking the car to a dealer as long as it's a fair distance. You will also find that most garages worth the weight in gold, would prefer for the car to go in and up on ramps etc, test drive the lot. If the seller makes a point that this is a NO go area then let him/her keep the car and move on to the next one.

I in the past have used indipendant mobile tvr specialist an was not that pleased. Don't forget the perks that come from a dealer, especially an organisation such as Str8six.

Come to one of the Herts meets and you can get to talk to T350c and Sag owners.

The car I am looking at is being sold by Sebring international in Cambridgeshire . Does anyone here have any experience with them?
Not sure they would like it if i brought someone ele to check over the car from another garage!

is that the black sagaris you are looking at?

looks a very nice car, but for some reason has been for sale quite a long time

I`m sure someone on here I spoke to recently went to view the car, when they got there it was boxed in by other cars round the back, and the chap didn`t seem to interested in getting it out for a potential customer, all this after a lengthy trip was made to view it as well.

Hmm that is interesting..

The other thing that stands in my way is age.i am only 21 so no one takes me seriously! It was a pain when buying my current car http://pistonheads.com/sales/2653373. So if the guy wasn't game to show it to a customer,then he will probably just ignore me!

I know its been up for sale with them for at least 7 months or more, I was tempted to have a look myself back in november, phoned the guy up to enquire about going to look at it and he told me he had a potential customer coming over from Australia, so it wasn`t worth me making the trip from the isle of wight, obviously didn`t want my money
