Tamora 3rd brake light
Discussion
Evening all
Anybody know where I can get a replacement 3rd brake light for the Tamora (or what car it was pinched off? Decided to sort the rusty bolts that held it in and its turned into an epic job. Managed to remove the bolts eventually with a small stud extractor. The light is undamaged and a tap through the hole will clean up the threads but the seal is perrished and it wood be a right arse to make a replacement.

Hi Shep - Do you mean the high level one just under the boot lip ? If so I had the same problem. Had to drill the screws out and replace with stainless ones, then fill over the heads with clear drying silicone. The rust has stained the plastic a little though so I too would be interested in a replacement if cheap enough. I couldn't find any last year though when I was doing it.

Thats the one. Plastic cleaned up OK and the screws came out easy once I used the extractor. Its just the seal that is perrished. I might just silicone it back in place unit looks sealed anyway.Gassing Station | Tamora, T350 & Sagaris | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
