My "Stealth" Barcelona Banger taking shape!

I know its not Tiv related but as this is my posting home on PH forums and share my Sagaris new with you guys i thought id share with you progress of my "Stealth" Barcelona Banger r11 2001 im doing with my bro and a mate this May. So when not fiddling with my Sag im butchering my R19 beast!!!!! Were driving to Barcelona in May in cars under 200 bucks with cars with a theme. So Stealth it was!! LOL

this reminds me of 5 years ago...entering the Scumball drive to Venice. The theme was Bond, we bought a 240 quid 214si from Flebay and pimped it out with bullet holes and after burners. The event itself was ste but as a catalyst to do something daft and go driving across the Alps in a shed it was fantastic

I've been back to Thun and driven the Furka/St Gottard and Grimsell pass's several times since then.

I remember making it to Venice without a hitch and leaving the car outside a scrapyard with a note on it saying 'please scrap me' lol. I returned to the UK 2 days later to find I was out of a job and wouldn't get the 10k I was owed in salary...so glad that happened AFTER the event!

Is this for the Wacky Rally by any chance?? I did it a couple of years back for the Barmy to Barcelona event.....was great laugh and some excellent roads to drive too. Shame I was in a hand painted skoda felicia made to look like the general lee!!! Oh and we varnished it afterwards to stop the emulsion peeling off....worked a treat! I'll dig out a pic to wow you all with ;-)

1 x Robin Reliant. 1 x Ford Escort and my Stealth Renault 19. Thats our group sorted. Test run this Saturday down m11, round m25 then back home. 350 miles but gotta be done. Should be a good crack!
