Ride Heights & Rake

Can people tell me what ride heights & rake they have on there cars, i have a Tamora with 148mm rear (measured to chassis rail in front of rear wheel) & 143mm front (measured to chassis rail to rear of front wheel) giving a rake of 5mm, not sure this is enough & was thinking of upping it to 12mm as car can feel a little twitchy on turn-in?

Before you ask the geomo has been setup so i know thats OK, just want to fine tune the car.
