There is only one set.

I need a Key, locking fob and imoboliser fob.

Thank you.

Karl Baker or Raceproved can do the Meta alarms, Key shank is Ford. Think I have seen them on Powers website or maybe you could get them from any good key cutter?

Paul at PPC TVR in Melton Mowbray sorted out a new set for me no problem. Luckily i had the tag which gave all the original details of the alarm etc..

Imoboliser or alarm fob?
What is the tag, is that the red credit card in the tvr hand book.
Sorry for sounding dumb.

Yup, the red credit card in the handbook is the alarm code.

I got a new basic key and a separate alarm fob - less than £100 for both. I think it was proving difficult to get a key with alarm integrated, but thats no big deal for me. May be possible to get it sorted for less, but I wanted a spare so it needed to be done.

Not a dumb question, we've all had a first TVR at some stage biggrin

I would seriously advise you get the car checked before you buy, unless perhaps its from a reputable TVR dealer. Very few people I would buy a TVR from without checking it thoroughly. Plenty of advice in the various TVR forums here, but PM me for ideas if you are stuck. I don't know Tamoras that well yet, but IMHO, that goes for pretty well any TVR. Nothing wrong with the cars, but they need looking after, and you can get a big bill if you aren't careful.

£100 for a pair of new keys (with built in fob) + ign barrel from Power. I would guess at the same for fitting/coding to the alarm.

Blank Ford keys cost less than a tenner off fle bay. You would have to phone Karl about the cost of a meta alarm fob if you go down this route

I would not bother with a second immob touch fob I never use mine, I use the key fob to re-set the immob if required.

If you must have one £16 from flee bay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Meta-car-alarm-immobiliser-k...

Thank you guys,

I did not realise the key fob disables the imoboliser as well. Good to know.

Yes, with the ignition on (if the delay between disarming the alarm and turning the ignition on for the first time has lapsed)
