Just looked at the V8V documentation I have and there are two fuses for that, both in the engine bay.

Fuse 3 is a 10A and fuse 35 a 60A.

I think the DB9 fuse box set up is similar, so I'd check all the engine bay fuses first. Then I'd check the fan units themselves to see if you can see any wires loose/disconnected. If it's neither of those, I suspect it'll be the unit itself, but if they're both not working I'd think t would be something further upstream.

My 2007 Aston Martin db9 began to overheat. When I opened the coolant basin antifreeze sprayed everywhere. Could this be thermostat or fan belt?

Did you wait until the car cooled down first before removing the cap???

Overheating is due to a lack of coolant or problems with the radiator, water pump or stat stuck closed.

Check the radiator first as the early ones swell up.

Overheating whilst stationary could mean the fans arent working but you should be able to hear them come on.

When the thermostat fails on these, it fails open i.e. the car won't warm up

My 2007 db9 overheated began smoking and all the antifreeze leaked out the bottom. Any idea what part that would be

Radiator?
Hose(s)?
We'll need more of a clue than the information provided. Smoking from where? Pictures of the underside may help
