Was just about to leave home (somerset) to visit Rick and Kay for a service tomorrow. But unfortunatly hes been taken ill,still going up tho
but im sure there are a lot of PHers that would like to wish him a speedy recovery.

Hope I'm not overstepping but I spoke with Kay a couple of days ago and she told me he'd been in Hospital a couple of days, but she sounded upbeat so hopefully he's out and on the mend by now!

Top bloke Rick we need you back on yer feet!

Not really sure what's going on with Rick and DMS. Rick is a top bloke and have had fantastic service from Rick, Kay and his staff. However had my car booked in for a service this morning at 8:30am, left Surrey at 6am this morning got to DMS however it was closed and the DMS sign had been removed from the front of the building, their phone was not being answered and their website is not working. At around 9:30am 3 of Ricks staff turned up and 2 of them apologised and told me it was their last day ad DMS was closing down and I should have been informed. As I and my partner had taken a day off work, booked into a hotel tonight and had travelled nearly 3hours, 150miles each way I did feel disappointed that I had not received a phone call/text etc to save me the journey!! Anyhow, hope all is OK with Rick and Kay and the best of luck to them for the future. Just booked my car into the local AM dealer for a service next week.

blimey, unlike Rick and Kay. Something very odd like you going on with the website at the moment as it fails on most of the pages. Managed to get into the website from some of the pages but main page not working. On the TouchPad at the moment, will try on the laptop later and look at the error reports from the websites.
genuinely hope that Rick is OK, and everything is OK with the business.
